Last week, zucchini and squash were taking over. This week, I walked outside to find dozens of cucumbers waiting for a plan.

So naturally, I started making cucumber water and pulling together every cucumber recipe I could think of.

Thankfully, figuring out what to do with dinner this week can be much simpler because I have something new for you.

I’ve been working on a new Family Meal Planner designed to make the daily “What are we having for dinner?” question much easier.

🥒 Meanwhile, the cucumbers took over…

My first cucumber project was these Bread and Butter Pickles.

They’re refrigerator pickles, so there’s no canning equipment required. You simply prepare them, refrigerate them, and give them about 24 hours to work their magic.

Here are a few more ways to put a pile of cucumbers to good use:

At this rate, I may need to start assigning cucumbers to neighbors.
