I’m writing to you from North Carolina this week, where I’m gearing up to run a Spartan race with my daughter! 🏃‍♀️ It’s “only” a 5k (with obstacles, of course), but we’re feeling a lot less tough after watching her husband and his brothers crush the Ultra—that’s 30k and over 60 obstacles 😳. Safe to say, there will be no whining allowed from us!
